Step into a beautifully curated day dedicated to mindfulness, selflove and meaningful connection – set within the peaceful and natural atmosphere of Hygge The Farm. This special gathering invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and spend intentional time surrounded by an inspiring community.

This experience will be centered around movement, creativity and personal growth. Enjoy a calming 50-minute Slow Pilates session, designed to gently strengthen your body, improve mobility and help you fully reconnect with your breath and mind.

Dive deeper into self-discovery during the inspiring Superpower Workshop by The Good Work Club, where you’ll explore your inner strengths, gain new perspectives and reconnect with your personal potential.

As a creative highlight of the day, you’ll have the opportunity to design and craft your own jewellery together with Nuena, creating a unique piece that serves as a personal reminder of your strength and individuality.

Throughout the event, guests can enjoy delicious food and refreshing drinks included in the experience, along with a variety of thoughtfully curated specials designed to create small moments of joy, inspiration and connection in a relaxed farm setting.

Each participant will also receive an exclusive goodie bag filled with carefully selected gifts and surprises, allowing the feeling of selfcare and empowerment to continue long after the event.

📄 Terms & Conditions – Sunday Sculpt Club

These Terms & Conditions apply to all events organized under the name Sunday Sculpt Club (“the Organizer”). By purchasing a ticket or attending any Sunday Sculpt Club event, participants agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Event Details

The upcoming event will take place at The Circle Club, Hamburg.

The event consists of two Pilates sessions:

• Session 1: German

• Session 2: English

Each session hosts a limited number of participants to ensure an intimate experience.

3. Ticket Purchase & Registration

Tickets must be purchased exclusively through the designated ticketing platform.

A booking confirmation constitutes a binding registration.

Tickets are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Participation is only guaranteed upon successful ticket purchase and confirmed payment.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable unless the Organizer cancels or significantly changes the event.

Ticket transfers to another person are permitted. The Organizer must be informed of the replacement participant’s name no later than 24 hours before the event via email or Instagram message.

5. Waiting List & Replacements

If the event is sold out, interested participants may join a waiting list managed by the Organizer.

Available spots will be offered in order of registration. Once contacted, participants have 24 hours to confirm participation.

6. No-Show Policy

If a participant does not attend the session without prior cancellation or ticket transfer, the ticket fee is forfeited.

In the case of repeated no-shows, the Organizer reserves the right to decline future bookings.

7. Cancellation by the Organizer

If the Organizer is forced to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, force majeure, venue issues, or safety concerns), participants will receive a full refund.

Additional expenses such as travel or accommodation cannot be reimbursed.

If the event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date.

8. Liability

Participation is at the participant’s own risk.

Sunday Sculpt Club and its instructors are not liable for injuries, accidents or damages unless caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.

Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical condition and must inform the instructor of any health concerns prior to the session.

9. Photo & Video Consent

Photos and videos may be taken during the event and used for marketing, social media and website purposes.

By attending, participants consent to this usage.

Those who do not wish to appear in photos or videos may inform the team before the session begins.

10. Data Protection

Personal data is used solely for event administration and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for ticketing or payment processing.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by German law.
